Description
SHINE Technologies is seeking a Configuration Control Engineering Manager who will direct and manage the different programs and support teams within engineering. The Configuration Control Engineering Manager is responsible for hiring engineering program owners for the following areas: material control and accounting (MC&A) for special nuclear material, nuclear cyber security, configuration control, fire protection, and the Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) coordinator. The team is responsible for ownership of tools such as the master equipment list, the cable and raceway database, and the hold database, and is responsible for development of new tools as needed. This role is expected to continue through the operational phase of the facility.
The base salary range for this position is $123,000 - $165,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicantβs ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicantβs eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
