As Xcimer’s first Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in building the operational foundation of our recruiting function. You will partner closely with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, finance, and People Operations to deliver a world-class interview experience while ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently.


This role is central to each candidate’s journey at Xcimer. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate logistics, support recruiting operations, and help improve recruiting processes as the company continues to scale. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, service-oriented, and excited to help build the infrastructure behind a high-performing talent acquisition team that will positively impact the future of energy!

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, calendar management, and interviewer coordination across multiple teams and facilities
  • Manage candidate travel logistics and assist candidates with booking travel for onsite interviews
  • Greet and host candidates onsite, ensuring a welcoming and organized interview experience
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Accurately track recruiting activities and candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare interview materials for hiring teams
  • Assist with candidate expense reimbursements and relocation coordination in partnership with Finance and HR
  • Help maintain interview scheduling efficiency and ensure alignment between recruiting and hiring teams
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and first day details
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, People Operations workflows, coordination processes, and candidate experience
  • Support recruiting and People Operations projects and initiatives that help scale and mature the people function


Qualifications
  • Education: Highschool diploma or GED
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, office operations, or a high-touch administrative or client service role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain positive professional relationships
  • Strong written communication, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of operational processes
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our Denver, CO facility.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee of granted asylum


Desired
  • Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or Executive/Administrative Coordinator
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company
  • Experience coordinating candidate travel or relocation logistics

$75,000 - $95,000 a year
Candidates may be considered for other positions at Xcimer Energy, and our actual base salary will be determined on an individual basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. The range is published in accordance with Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and California Equal Pay Act.

Xcimer operates under a flexible Paid Time Off (ATO) approach. Rather than a fixed number of vacation days, employees are trusted to take the time they need to rest and recharge while meeting the expectations of their role and team. In addition, employees receive paid sick time, 13 company-paid holidays, and an annual paid company shutdown. Benefits are available to regular employees, including part-time and fixed-term roles, as well as interns, with eligibility varying by benefit.
