Join the power movement as Manager, Product Lifecycle Management
The PLM Manager will be a key member of the IT leadership team, responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of all Product Lifecycle Management systems and projects. This role will lead a team of technical experts, define the PLM roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of PLM solutions that align with the company's engineering and business objectives.

What you'll do:
- Oversee and manage the entire portfolio of PLM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of Teamcenter and AVEVA subject matter experts
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for all PLM systems, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with future business needs
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other key business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective PLM solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of PLM tools and processes
- Establish and enforce PLM governance, standards, and best practices across the organization
- Serve as the central hub between engineering, design, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient collaboration
- Identifying opportunities to improve product development efficiency and reduce time-to-market
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active PLM implementation and/or administration of large scale PLM toolset (Teamcenter, PTC, Enovia/Solidworks, etc.)
- Consultative/collaborative approach to internal customers
- Process and data orientation
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of PLM processes, including change management, BOM management, and configuration
Bonus points for:
- Direct experience implementing and/or administering TeamCenter/ Aveva
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role
- ERP experience
- MES experience
- Digital thread/twin implementation experience
- Leading without managing experience
- Plan-to-manufacture
- Evolve to rapidly changing technology and business requirements
Must-have requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
- Willingness to occasionally travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call
- Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics

$110,000 - $185,000 a year
Salary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits. The actual salary will depend on level, location, qualifications, and experience. The range displayed on each job posting reflects new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Benefits include:
