Description
SHINE Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support onsite and remote technical support, onsite resolution of customer equipment problems and install new SHINE systems. The Field Service Engineer is appropriately trained and dispatched to the field for both planned and unplanned service activities. When no field service is needed, the FSE operates SHINE systems and supports assembly/testing production activities.
The base salary range for this position is $35.00 - $51.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The Field Service Engineer may have non-traditional working hours with limited notice due to the nature of service work. When not engaged in Service-specific activities, the FSE may support for manufacturing, R&D and test activities.

Requirements
Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
