We are seeking Integral professionals who will provide honest professional services.

Our engineers must accurately report what the engineering evidence demonstrates—even when the result differs from an earlier estimate, projection, expectation, or preferred outcome.

RLD Sustain will not tolerate manipulation of engineering data, falsification of professional work, concealment of material technical information, theft or unauthorized appropriation of intellectual property, or misuse of confidential Company information.

The engineering will tell the truth.

The documentation will support the engineering.

RLD Sustain's intellectual property will remain protected.

YOU CHOOSE YOUR COMPENSATION

RLD Sustain is providing qualified candidates with two compensation opportunities to choose:

OPTION ONE — IMMEDIATE SALARY COMPENSATION

Experienced Professional Engineering Positions — $397,600.00 Annual Base Salary

Senior Engineering Leadership Positions — $487,200.00 Annual Base Salary

Applicable employee benefits and additional compensation provisions will be presented during the recruitment process.

OPTION TWO — GENEROUS SUCCESS-FEE COMPENSATION

You may start working now without receiving current salary payments. In exchange, you tell RLD Sustain how many times your established annual RLD Sustain salary you require as your Success Fee instead of receiving current salary compensation.

1.25X? 1.5X? 1.75X? Or even 2.0X?

You decide what Success-Fee multiple you require.

For a $397,600.00 annual base salary:

1.25X = $497,000.00

1.5X = $596,400.00

1.75X = $695,800.00

2.0X = $795,200.00

For a $487,200.00 annual base salary:

1.25X = $609,000.00

1.5X = $730,800.00

1.75X = $852,600.00

2.0X = $974,400.00

These are examples of what a qualified candidate may propose.

RLD Sustain and you will agree upon your Success Fee in writing before you begin the work.

You will then perform the agreed professional engineering work without receiving current salary payments for that Success-Fee work.

When RLD Sustain successfully closes the financing event specifically defined in your written agreement, your agreed Success Fee will become payable in accordance with that agreement.

DIRECT VERRA EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Applicants must describe their direct professional Verra experience.

Relevant experience may include Verra engineering, greenhouse-gas quantification, carbon methodologies, baseline analysis, emissions-reduction calculations, monitoring plans, Project Description development, validation, verification, technical review, monitoring, reporting, or related professional responsibilities.

Do not disclose confidential information belonging to a current or former employer or client.

How you protect their confidential information will tell RLD Sustain something important about how you will protect ours.

CONFIDENTIALITY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND PROTECTION

RLD Sustain is creating, developing, engineering, and acquiring a substantial portfolio of proprietary technologies, engineering systems, designs, processes, methods, software, technical documentation, inventions, brands, and other intellectual property.

RLD Sustain will own and maintain its Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, proprietary engineering designs, technical specifications, software, engineering models, calculations, drawings, documentation, inventions, processes, methods, and other intellectual property created, developed, acquired, or assigned to RLD Sustain in accordance with the applicable written agreements and governing law.

Engineers working with RLD Sustain will be entrusted with access to highly valuable Company intellectual property and confidential information. That access will create a professional responsibility to protect—not appropriate—the Company's property.

Professional work product created for RLD Sustain within the scope of an engineer's applicable written agreement will be owned by RLD Sustain to the fullest extent established by that agreement and applicable law, including through work-made-for-hire provisions and written assignments of intellectual-property rights when applicable.

RLD Sustain will secure and maintain the Patents protecting its patentable inventions and technologies.

RLD Sustain will secure and maintain the Trademarks protecting its names, brands, marks, and commercial identities.

RLD Sustain will secure and maintain the Copyrights protecting its copyrightable engineering documents, drawings, software, technical materials, and other original works.

RLD Sustain will protect and maintain its Trade Secrets and proprietary technical knowledge.

No engineer, employee, applicant, consultant, or other person receiving access to RLD Sustain's intellectual property or confidential information will acquire personal ownership of that property merely because the individual participated in its creation, development, engineering, review, documentation, or improvement.

Unauthorized copying, retention, disclosure, transfer, appropriation, commercialization, licensing, sale, use, or exploitation of RLD Sustain intellectual property will be prohibited.

Candidates advancing to a stage requiring access to protected RLD Sustain information will execute the Company's applicable confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, assignment, and protection agreements before receiving that information.

RLD Sustain will likewise respect legitimate pre-existing intellectual property that a professional properly identifies and documents before beginning applicable work. RLD Sustain is recruiting professionals to create and protect RLD Sustain intellectual property—not to bring us intellectual property improperly taken from somebody else.

That distinction is fundamental to the professional integrity RLD Sustain requires.
